Many individuals, especially young people, are unable to find a job due to the lack of work experience. An apprenticeship does not require experience and offers many opportunities.

An Apprentice is an opportunity to train and shape skills and knowledge of a valuable employee relevant to your organisation right from the start.

Government Incentives

The government provides a £1000 incentive to employers who hire an apprentice aged 16-18 and those under 25 years old with an Education Health Care Plan.

Payments are made in two installments. 50% when the apprentice has been in learning for 90 days and the remaining 50% when the apprentice has completed 365 days on programme.
