Course Description
Our new Veterinary Care course bundle offers students a unique learning experience, combining the Veterinary Receptionist Introduction Course and the Veterinary Care Support Assistant Level 2 qualification.
The Veterinary Care Assistant Level 2 is ideal if you want to work with animals in veterinary practice but do not have a degree. You will learn the practical skills and knowledge to support the Veterinary Nurse and Veterinary Surgeon.
The course also provides a starting point onto a Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (Companion Animal) qualification, subject to additional entry requirements. Part of the Veterinary Care Assistant training requires you to be in either full or part-time employment at a Veterinary practice.
While you are actively looking and applying for a position, we want to make sure you can already start learning. Therefore, we have created this course bundle, allowing you to get started with the Veterinary Receptionist Introduction course without working in a practice environment.
This will not only add value to your profile but also demonstrate that you have already gained experience in the Veterinary Care Industry when you apply for work, and prepare you for your Veterinary Care Assistant qualification.
